The undersigned, the borrower (mortgagor) under the above captioned loan, hereby certifies that the annexed schedule is a true, accurate and complete inventory showing the make, model, serial number and location of all personal property used in the management, maintenance and operation of the Real Property above referred to (other than trade fixtures or personal property of space tenants); and the undersigned further certifies that the items specified in said inventory constitutes all of the fixtures and personal property required for the proper management, maintenance and operation of the Real Property above referred to; and the undersigned further certifies that all of said items are owned by the undersigned free and clear of conditional sale contracts and other title retention agreements (except hereinafter specified). The within certification is being made and given by the undersigned in order to induce Sample Insurance Company to make the loan above referred to with the knowledge of the undersigned that said Insurance Company is relying upon the within certification in making said loan.
