No Authorization to use name

Your letter, wherein you have requested to use the name of
our firm in your print advertising campaign, has been given
to me for consideration.

While we have always been pleased with the service you have
provided to us and are, in fact a, "satisfied customer," it
is against the policy of our company to authorize the use of
our name in conjunction with any other product or service
company.  Therefore, I must refuse your request.

Although it may be a small consolation, we have always
spoken well of your product when direct inquiries have been
made, and will continue to do so in the future.
